Feature Codes (Star Codes)
Feature codes are shortcuts you dial on your desk phone, web phone or mobile app. Dial the code and press SEND (or wait for the system to dial). Codes marked "+ Ext" are followed by an extension number.

*50 | Agent Available Once | Take one call from your queue(s); not automatically made available afterwards |

*67 | Caller ID Block | One-time (with destination) or all-calls Caller ID block |
*68 | Disable Caller ID Block | Your Caller ID is sent on future calls |

*71 + Ext | Intercom | Turn on the speaker of another internal phone |
*72 + Ext | Call Forward Always | Set a number and forward all calls to it |
*73 | Deactivate Forward Always | Turn off forward-always (other modes unaffected) |
*75 | Pause Recording | Pause the call recording in progress |
*76 | Resume Recording | Resume a paused call recording |
*77 | Reject Anonymous Calls | Reject incoming calls that have blocked Caller ID |
*78 | Activate DND | Do Not Disturb on, across all your phones |
*79 | Deactivate DND | Do Not Disturb off, across all your phones |
*80 | Move Call | Move a call from one of your phones to the phone you're on (other party unaware) |
*81 | Start Call Recording | Start recording the call in progress (other party not alerted) |

*93 | Deactivate Forward-No-Answer | Stop forwarding unanswered calls |
*95 | Site Group Pickup | Pick up a call ringing at an extension in a pre-defined group (department) |
*96 | Domain Pickup | Pick up a call ringing at any extension in your domain |
*98 | Site Pickup | Pick up a call ringing at an extension in a pre-defined site and group |
*99 + Ext | Call Pickup | Intercept an incoming call ringing at another extension (as a group agent: directed call group pickup) |
